Linda
Kozora,
PT

Linda provides an integrated approach to physical therapy. An experienced practitioner, she blends traditional treatments with specialized manual therapies such as craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, structural work, and external pelvic floor therapy. By using these non-traditional techniques, she routinely gets results for the even most complex patients.

Basic principles of care

All body parts are interconnected. The function of one part of the body is dependent upon the normal functioning of the other parts. Good circulation is essential in order for the body to get proper nutrients, and for the removal of waste products.
Movement may become restricted due to the distortion of tissue or the pull from some other tight structure that did not heal properly after an old injury. Lack of mobility may lead to congestion of bodily fluids, pain and other problems.
Specialty treatments
30+ years experience practicing Physical Therapy
  • Craniosacral Therapy
Can help eliminate neck pain and headaches, restore health of the cranium after a concussion, decrease back pain and improve digestion.
  • Visceral Manipulation
Works mainly with the connective tissue (fascia) which envelops and supports the internal organs as well as most every other tissue in the body.
  • Structural Work

Mobilization of joints, muscles, and fascia to improve functional movement and balance.
  • Pelvic Floor Release
Not internal work, but just as effective! Manipulating the pelvic floor muscles helps to realign the structure, improve function and reduce pelvic issues.
